About

Fixed Capital Limited was created by Jonathan Gould and Jamie Wyatt, the shareholders behind Tritility, to invest in energy and other B2B service companies.

We set it up to manage our existing energy and property assets and to invest in new ones. Being privately funded means we can take a long-term view and act quickly when the right business comes along.

Our ambition

Good business should never come at the expense of people or planet.

We want to help businesses save energy, money and carbon, and play our part in the change the world needs. Every business we own is run the same way: it has to be genuinely useful to its customers, and fair to the people who work there and the area it's based in.

How we do business

We run every business we own the way we run Tritility: honest with everyone we deal with, and good to the people who work for us.

Northern heritage

We're based in Jarrow, on the Tyne. We like to acquire businesses we can visit, get to know and support in person, so we prefer businesses in the North East. That said, we will consider the right opportunity anywhere in the UK.

Giving back locally

Our businesses support local causes, schools and grassroots sport, and we hire locally wherever we can. We've also signed the South Tyneside Pledge to spend, recruit and support locally.

Empowering our people

In September 2019 we were the first accredited living wage employer in our sector in the North East. Our people get uncapped earnings, proper training and the freedom to make their own decisions, which is a big part of why Tritility ranks as a Best Companies employer.

Fair dealing

We're straight with customers, suppliers and sellers. We keep our word and take a long-term view of every business we acquire.
